Users are leaving. You can see it, not why.
A structured review of your product experience that finds the friction points driving users away. Every finding tied to a specific screen, flow, and fix.
Let's talk
The situation
Your conversion rate dropped last quarter. Users sign up but do not complete onboarding. Support tickets mention confusion, not bugs. Something in the experience is broken, but analytics alone cannot tell you what.
You have heatmaps. You have session recordings. You can see where users leave. What you cannot see is why they leave.
The cost of guessing
A redesign without a diagnosis is expensive. Teams spend months rebuilding flows based on assumptions, only to find the new version has the same drop-off in a different place.
Every sprint spent on the wrong fix is a sprint not spent on the right one.
Why internal teams miss it
Your product team built the interface. They know every shortcut and workaround. That familiarity is the problem. They cannot see what a first-time user sees.
You need someone who looks at your product the way your users do: with no context, no shortcuts, and no patience for unnecessary steps.
The UX Audit gives you that. 17 friction points found on average. First three fixes typically lift conversion by 22%.
What you will know
- Every friction point in your critical user flows, mapped to specific screens. Onboarding, activation, core task completion, and checkout reviewed step by step.
- Impact ranking so you fix the right things first. Each finding rated by user impact, frequency, and estimated effort to fix.
- Heuristic benchmarked against industry standards. Nielsen heuristics applied systematically: visibility, consistency, error prevention, recognition over recall.
- Specific, actionable recommendations per finding. Not a list of problems. A list of solutions, each tied to a wireframe or annotation.
- A prioritized fix roadmap your engineering team can start tomorrow. Quick wins in the first sprint. Structural changes scoped for the quarter.
How it works
Briefing
Kickoff session with product lead. Goal alignment, user persona review, critical flow identification. We agree on 3-5 flows to audit.
Expert review
Senior UX practitioner(s) walk every flow. Heuristic evaluation, cognitive walkthrough, accessibility check. No user recruitment needed.
Analysis
Findings consolidated, impact-ranked, and mapped to specific screens. Fix recommendations drafted with wireframe and/or annotations.
Debrief
Findings walkthrough with product and engineering leads. Priority alignment. Implementation planning.

Why Gradion
Miquido charges EUR 7,150 for a cognitive walkthrough alone. Enterprise UX agencies start at EUR 50K. The market range is EUR 1,440-25,000 for comparable scope.
Gradion delivers a full heuristic evaluation, cognitive walkthrough, and accessibility review for EUR 4,000. Same rigour, fraction of the cost.
320 engineers ready to implement every finding. Diagnosis and fix from the same company, no handover to a different vendor.
No tool to sell. No design system to lock you into. Our recommendations work with your existing stack.

Common questions
How is this different from UX Research?
The UX Audit is an expert review: our practitioners evaluate your product against established heuristics and best practices. No users are involved. UX Research puts your product in front of real users through interviews and usability tests. The Audit finds what experts can see. Research finds what only users can reveal. Many clients start with the Audit and follow up with Research.
What if we already have analytics?
Analytics tell you where users drop off. The UX Audit tells you why. We use your existing data as input to focus the review on the highest-impact flows. The two are complementary, not redundant.
How many user flows do you review?
Three to five critical flows, agreed during the briefing session. Typical flows: onboarding, core task completion, checkout or conversion, account management. If your product has more flows that need attention, we scope a larger engagement.
Can you also fix what you find?
Yes. If findings make implementation obvious, we scope a follow-on engagement with our 320-person engineering team. Same company, no vendor handover. Most clients decide at the debrief.
How long does it take?
Three to four working days. Results presentation within five business days of the final review session.
From audit to production
Most audits surface 15-20 friction points. Fixing the top three typically moves the needle on conversion. Fixing all of them requires design and engineering work.
If the findings make implementation obvious, we scope a follow-on engagement. Our designers and engineers work from the same findings report, no re-discovery needed.
No obligation. Most clients decide at the debrief.
