2002: The Spark in Kaunas
Four engineers in Kaunas, Lithuania, launched NFQ Technologies, writing code that would power OXID eSales and Swoodoo - later acquired by KAYAK and rolled into Booking Holdings.
2008–2015: Eastward & Outward
Global demand for always‑on engineering led to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where NFQ Asia paired European product mindset with APAC speed, supporting clients like HomeToGo and high‑growth mobility start‑ups.
2022: Footprint into MENA – dlivr.io Egypt Acquisition
To serve the booming Middle‑East tech scene we acquired dlivr.io in Cairo, adding last‑mile logistics expertise and a bilingual engineering hub bridging Europe, Africa, and the Gulf.
2024: Consulting Muscle Joins – NFQ Solutions
The acquisition of German advisory boutique ecom consulting formed NFQ Solutions - delivering technology audits, digital roadmaps, and transformation governance.
2025: Birth of Gradion
NFQ Asia and NFQ Solutions rebrand as Gradion, creating a unified offering in deep‑tech engineering, AI delivery, and strategic consulting across Asia, DACH, and MEA. In parallel, NFQ Digital Creatives and NFQ Technologies remain under the NFQ brand.
