Certified Through Implementation
Infor, Shopware, Spryker, Pimcore, SYNAOS, and global cloud platforms - partnerships proven through measurable results in production environments.

Partners
Technology partnerships built on delivery experience, not co-marketing.
Every technology vendor claims a partner ecosystem. The distinction that matters is whether those partnerships produce working systems for clients or merely appear on a slide. Gradion's partner relationships are built the same way its client relationships are: through delivery. Certifications follow implementations, not the other way around.
INFOR
Infor is Gradion's primary enterprise software partner. Gradion holds certified Infor partner status, covering the full suite of industrial ERP, warehouse management, supply chain, and manufacturing execution systems. The products Gradion implements include Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) for discrete manufacturing, Infor LN for complex multi-site operations, Infor WMS and SCM for warehouse and supply chain control, and Infor MES for shopfloor execution. Infor ION connects these products to each other and to third-party systems via unified data flows.
Across Infor implementations in DACH and Asia-Pacific, the delivery record includes 5-12% improvement in labor productivity, 15-20% reduction in fulfillment costs, and 15-40% increase in inventory throughput.
Senior Aerospace Thailand, a precision manufacturer supplying aerospace and defense OEMs, engaged Gradion to modernize its data workflows using Infor CloudSuite Industrial. The outcome was a structured factory software ecosystem replacing fragmented manual processes.
Soonthorn Tharnpipitchai, Supply Chain Director at Senior Aerospace Thailand: "We are very impressed by the professionalism of the Gradion team. Their work with Infor CloudSuite Industrial has streamlined our operations and improved efficiency."
In Vietnam, Gradion delivered the first Infor CSI ERP implementation in the country for a leading industrial foam manufacturer. The implementation navigated complex local compliance and reporting requirements from day one.
SHOPWARE
Gradion engineers are trained and certified in Shopware. The partnership extends well beyond implementation work. Through an eight-year embedded relationship with Shopmacher, one of Germany's leading e-commerce agencies, Gradion has integrated more than 20 engineers into hybrid delivery teams operating Shopware platforms for Europe’s largest retail trade cooperative, Bergfreunde, BVB, and Gamescom.
Gradion also staffed and ran Shopware's own AI product team: 21 engineers who built the AI Co-pilot and more than ten AI-powered features within the Shopware platform, achieving approximately 40% reduction in product development costs while accelerating feature delivery pace.
SPRYKER
Gradion engineers hold Spryker certification and have operated within the Spryker ecosystem since 2018. For Detlev Louis, a German motorbike specialist with 2,300 employees and a major e-commerce presence, Gradion managed a full platform migration to Spryker. The migration delivered a 40% improvement in page load speed and reduced international store rollouts to 20 days.
PIMCORE
As a Pimcore partner, Gradion deploys Pimcore's unified PIM, DAM, and MDM capabilities for clients managing high-volume product data across multiple channels. For a major food and beverage distributor in Japan, Gradion delivered a Pimcore-based transformation that reduced supplier onboarding from four weeks to one week, centralized product data with automated governance workflows, and localized the platform fully for internal Japanese-market teams.
SYNAOS
SYNAOS is an intelligent intralogistics platform that orchestrates mixed fleets of AGVs, AMRs, forklifts, and manual transport using real-time AI optimization. Gradion integrates SYNAOS into manufacturing environments, connecting it to ERP, WMS, and MES via standard APIs including VDA 5050. SYNAOS is ISO 27001:2017 certified and participates in the TISAX assessment process. Its platform has been deployed in more than 100 installations, manages fleets of 125 or more vehicles per facility, and processes more than 10,000 transport orders daily.
What Gradion delivers in this context is the integration layer: connecting SYNAOS to the wider factory IT stack, routing intralogistics data to ERP and MES in real time, and configuring event-driven optimization for client-specific shopfloor conditions. Manufacturers with mixed-vendor AGV environments can consolidate fleet control into a single orchestrated system without replacing existing infrastructure.
CLOUD PLATFORMS
Gradion designs, deploys, and operates infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Platform selection is driven by regulatory requirements, data residency obligations, and total cost of operation. Managed operations run on a follow-the-sun model across Vietnam, Thailand, Egypt, and Germany.
