GRADION CELEBRATES 10 YEARS: REFLECTING ON OUR JOURNEY AND LOOKING AHEAD

Ho Chi Minh City, October 2025 - Gradion proudly commemorates its 10-year anniversary, marking a decade of growth, innovation, and shared achievements. The celebration highlighted not only the company’s milestones but also the people who have been at the heart of Gradion’s story since its founding.

As Founder Lars Jankowfsky emphasized: “It’s not about our successes, it’s not about our offices. It’s about the people.” From long-standing team members to those who contributed at pivotal moments, as well as alumni whose journeys have since taken them elsewhere, every individual has played a role in shaping Gradion’s development.

The anniversary program featured a retrospective video on Gradion’s early days, a roundtable discussion about the future, and recognition of recent achievements. Highlights included:

  • Awards honoring teams driving AI innovation at the company’s Hackathon.
  • A company-wide celebration of obtaining ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, reaffirming Gradion’s commitment to security and trust.
  • A global toast uniting colleagues across borders, honoring both current team members and alumni.

Beyond milestones, the event emphasized connection, memories shared, friendships remembered, and collective optimism for the decade ahead.

“Ten years are behind us, but the next ten will be even more exciting,” added Lars. “Whatever we’ve built so far, we can always do better.”
