In the middle of COVID-19, with tourism down by 74%, GoVibe approached Gradion (formerly NFQ Asia and NFQ Solutions) with a bold idea: build a car rental platform from scratch. The added complexity here is that there are no in-person meetings, full coordination across time zones and borders.
No Timeline for Recovery
The uncertainty around travel restrictions made it difficult to plan. Yet GoVibe needed to be ready as soon as tourism returned, meaning the product had to be built fast and remotely from day one.
