Gradion’s strategic framework will focus on redesigning the user experience, modernizing the technology stack, and building a platform for scalable growth.

Ho Chi Minh City, October 2025: Gradion announced today it has been selected by FV Hospital, one of Vietnam’s leading international healthcare providers, to lead a comprehensive revamp of the hospital's official website and core digital platform. The project will strengthen FV Hospital's digital presence and reinforce its commitment to patient-centered care in an increasingly competitive market.

Founded in 2003, FV Hospital (a member of Thomson Medical Group, Singapore) has become a trusted name in Vietnam’s private healthcare sector, serving around 200,000 patients annually with more than 1,350 staff members, including 130 full-time doctors across 36 specialties. Accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) since 2016 and reaccredited three times, FV Hospital is recognized for its commitment to international standards of medical excellence.

As the healthcare landscape in Vietnam becomes increasingly competitive, FV Hospital continues to invest in innovation to strengthen its patient-first philosophy.

The Challenge: When Digital Trust Equals Clinical Trust

Before a patient meets a doctor, they meet a screen. That first digital impression defines their perception of care, quality, and safety.

Patients don’t search for treatments, they search for hope, understanding, and someone who speaks their language. How do we make patients feel seen, heard, and cared for, before they ever walk in the door?

FV Hospital’s existing website had served its patients well for years, but as digital expectations evolved, new opportunities emerged.

The platform offered rich bilingual content in Vietnamese and English but followed a document-based structure - organized by internal categories rather than patient journeys. This made it difficult for users to find related information intuitively.

Content, while informative, often reflected a clinical or administrative tone that could feel distant for patients seeking reassurance. The Vietnamese pages also faced SEO limitations due to complex navigation, making it harder for new patients to discover the hospital organically.

On the technical side, mobile experience had become critical - with over 75% of visitors browsing via smartphones - yet the site’s performance score of 55 (Google PageSpeed Insights) showed there was room to improve loading speed and usability.

Recognizing these signals early, FV Hospital took a proactive step: to elevate its digital experience to the same international standard of care it delivers in person.

Gradion’s Solution: A Framework for Digital Trust

Gradion is deploying a comprehensive transformation strategy built on three pillars:

  1. Content Strategy: Speaking the Language of Care
  2. UX & Design: Architecting Effortless Journeys
  3. Technology & Scalability: Building a Future-Proof Platform

The Vision: A Universal Framework for Human-Centered Transformation

This collaboration is about translating excellence into empathy, creating a digital experience that makes every user feel seen, informed, and reassured.

While the context is healthcare, the strategic framework is universal. Every industry faces the same fundamental challenge: how to transform complex systems into human experiences that earn trust and drive growth. The patient-first model we are building for FV is the same strategic approach we use to solve customer experience challenges in FinTech, enhance user journeys in eCommerce, and streamline operations in Mobility.

The FV project is a living example of how we approach digital transformation: with empathy, strategy, and technology working seamlessly to build solutions that connect with people.
